The Ministry of Health is confirming 12 new cases of COVID-19 tonight. Those are the kind of numbers we've been lucky enough not to see for a while, numbers that are particularly troubling as the Easter holidays approach.
But on the positive side, the Ministry is reporting 17 new recoveries, no ICU hospitalizations, and no new deaths. Technical Advisor, Kathleen Azueta Cho has more.
Azueta Cho also told us that the OW district reported 1 new case. The Corozal, Belize, and Toledo districts reported none.
