And they too weighed in on a possible motive for why Dwayne was targeted. Like many others, they say it might have been because of his shirt - but they agreed that it was no excuse to execute a child. They explained though that sometimes when these murderers get their hands on a gun, they go out to commit crimes on their own.

"Well sometimes remember you got a thousand firearm and you have two thousand firearm and then its only money that buys it. So, if an individual could get money to buy it, we can't say what they will do with it after they already bought it, because it's he that chooses to buy it and then he does whatever he wants with that. Remember everybody to their own. You have a thousand men who have licensed firearms out there and they do wrongdoing too the same way. You can't say what will happen in life, you just have to make life be on a positive thing."

"So what does a murderer like him gets in the gang world, like respect or?"

"Only him and the good Lord know that, so they will decide their fate when the time comes."

"Its money. People buys their own thing, man broke into car, into house, a thousand firearms are out there that people just target - they lose their firearm and next individual finds it, go sell individual who doesn't have no brains to do with it and they do wrongdoing with it - all those things happen."

"So, you are saying it might have been this person who acting on his own and not necessarily someone who got instructions to do this?"

"As you see the thing set up, it's just like a grab and go food, it's just an individual who was passing and saw a person in a red shirt and stop and do what he did. No order is set in that way. Maybe it's the color clothes - who knows, only the individual who did it could tell."
