And switching back to Crime news, there was another violent murder exactly 24 hours after Dwayne Gabourel was shot.
But while he was killed in his own neighborhood Corzaleno Aldo Salazar was killed in front of his mother's very eyes. This afternoon she told CTV3 how it happened.

"Yesterday after midday we went to sit outside because they had cut out the current. We didn't know who had done it. My husband went to see. I heard my baby was crying, I went out to see him. I sat with my baby there, my son, the one they killed, afterward he went out there with me. He told me I wanted to watch TV but
there's no current and I told him they cut it out. He sat beside me and started to talk to the baby. He'd only said two words when I heard a noise and I said what's that he looked at me and one of his eyes was closed. He dropped on my arm right there by the wheel. I stood there staring at him and he stared back at me and I screamed. You killed my son that's all I could scream at the man as he ran off."
Cowo says that her son's killer ran off to toward nearby hills.
