A Karate cop is facing disciplinary charges after he allegedly beat up a fistful of fellow cops last night. Reports are that the Corporal had been socialising at a bar in the city - and fraternising with the waitresses. But, then the Corporal's consumption of bar beverages seems to have gotten the best of him and he lost track of his phone. He then started accusing the bar girls of stealing it and threw a fit. The bar owner called for police and a patrol team took him in to Precinct 1.
When a senior cop reportedly told him that he would be charged because he was drinking and had his firearm with him, the Corporal - who reportedly has martial arts training - turned into a karate cop, punched the senior officer, and inflicted damage to at least four other officers before they restrained him.
Despite all that rough and rowdy behaviour, reports tonight are that he will only face disciplinary charges which were laid on him this evening.
