Guns In Rambotown

Cops from Orange Walk Town took 2 illegal firearms off the streets of that northern town.

Today, at around 2:45 p.m., officers from the Criminal Investigations Branch acted on intelligence and visited Savannah Splash Street. They searched an abandoned, bushy area on that street. Near to a palm tree, the officers found a black plastic bag. Inside they found a black 40-caliber Smith and Wesson pistol without a serial number. The weapon had an empty magazine.

Further checks in the area led them to discover another weapon, a 380 caliber pistol, which also had an empty magazine.

No one was found in the area at the time of the discovery, and so, both weapons have been deposited as found property.
