Earlier in the news, we told you about several violent incidents that occurred on Saturday. But that day proved to be even bloodier. At 9:00 in the morning, 19-year-old Henry Lincona and 35-year-old Andres Leal got into an altercation and chopped each other. Communications officer, ASP Fitzroy Yearwood gave us more details.

"Henry Lincona, 19 years attacked Mr. Andres Leal with a knife and inflicted some wounds to him. Mr. Leal then armed himself with a machete and also wounded Mr. Lincona. Both men were transported to the Northern Regional Hospital where they are still being observed in a stable condition."

"The nature of the argument they had?"

"Well, it was a few words. Looks like when Mr. Lincona approached Mr. Leal, they had a previous argument, so what we have gathered so far is only the actual exchange of words."

"Do you know if they were intoxicated?"

"They have indicated that these persons may have been drinking."
