16-year-old Jarlette Lockwood has been missing for 3 weeks, that's after she disappeared from her aunt's house in the Martin's area. Now, Jarlette's Mom is speaking out to ask that the teenager come home or to at least let her family know that she's safe.

Tonight, that mother is calling out the man she believes should be brought in for questioning as to Jarlette's whereabouts. She claims that he was in a sexual relationship with the teenager and that he had threatened her and physically abused her on at least one occasion.
