Yohny Rosado is gearing up to have another of his Press conferences. That's after the Commissioner of Police threw his reputation under the bus on Friday confirming that his Volkswagen Atlas was stolen and adding that the title is fake. Here's the details on the stolen vehicle:

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"I know for a fact that the vehicle. is in fact stolen from Chicago and it was stolen from a rental company. Apparently someone had rented the vehicle and did not return the vehicle to the company after the rental was over. The vehicle subsequently ended up in Belize. The title for the vehicle is false and they were able to license and insure the vehicle in country but that. does not negate the fact that the vehicle is stolen and so we are going to follow the proper procedure in terms of the law and see if we can have the vehicle confiscated to the government of Belize."

"Well, there is no way that. we can charge unless if you were to go under. There is a section. in the criminal code that speaks to the whole issue of conversion but in order for us to do that you must establish that there was some criminal activity and knowing of. certain things and so it might be difficult to prove so I do not see at this time the possibility of anyone being charged for that vehicle."
