22-year-old Elijio Hun is out on bail tonight awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old minor.
The allegation against Hun is that on two separate occasions in 2019, Hun had sex with a 15-year-old minor. That allegation comes from a report that the minor made stating that Hun took her to an island apartment twice to have intercourse. It wasn't until the second occasion that the minor's sister discovered the pair, and urged her younger sister to make a report.
At the time a doctor who examined the minor certified that she was carnally known.
But yesterday, rather than be remanded to the Kolbe Prison, Justice Ricardo Sandcroft extended his bail until his next court date for a mitigation plea and sentencing set for November 17th.
