Soldier Who Accused Cops to Court

He's the BDF soldier caught on camera in police detention accusing the cops of beating him up - while giving them a vicious tongue lashing.

Well, 26-year-old Freddy Grijalva from Corozal was slapped with six counts for cursing out the cops and today in court, he pleaded not guilty to 2 counts of assaulting a police officer, using threatening words, using insulting words, using obscene language and disorderly conduct at the Queen Street Police Station.

Grijalva was represented by attorney, Darrell Bradley, and they made the point that today in court was the first time he learned the number of charges he is facing. Police had originally indicated it would just be two charges.
