And, turning back now to yesterday's launch of the People's Constitutional Reform Committee, we're taking a look at the moment PM Briceno was asked whether the 18-month timeline given to the Commission is fixed or flexible.
Here's what he said about that in the context of inclusivity and effectiveness.

"We can talk about that if there is going to be additional time or not. I mean obviously, if there is a good reason for more additional time we will but we need to set a timeline or else we're going to be talking forever and then nothing is going to happen. We need to ensure that there is a timeline where we can have extensive discussions and consultations and then some time to be able to put together the thoughts and ideas of the people. Now it doesn't mean that what everybody says is going to be fit into a constitution you take the ideas and the general feelings of the populace and you set it up within the framework of a constitution for them for it to be able to be presented to the people for adoption or not."
