For the past two nights, we've been bringing you parts of our interview with the Commission prof Police. We talked serous stuff, but also poked some fun at Belize's favorite Supercop.

He was urging the public and business owners to be careful with cash movements during the Christmas seasons when robbers are lurking from outside their companies, and plotters are lurking within - when we asked about his side gig - which is now importing used cars:

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Keeping information relating to your cash movement from as at a limited basis is important. Stagger your deposits when you go to the bank. Don't use a particular time, a particular day - you stagger it so that people don't have a pattern that they can use to monitor your movements."

Jules Vasquez
"Would you say that you yourself are subjected to large cash movements, because you are now a car dealer? I would need cash, I would have to find some cash to buy those very fine vehicles at the entrance to Belmopan - I think a Toyota and a Jeep, but very fancy earth-tone vehicles. I understand they were brought in from the States and our Commissioner is a car dealer, moonlights as a car dealer."

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Thanks for advertising, Jules and maybe you want to buy one. But I don't deal with cash. You can buy one if you want (laughing)."
