Akeem Augustine Still Missing After Christmas Day Disappearance

And while Emert Flower's son is still missing so is another Belize City man, Akeem Augustine.

Yesterday, we spoke to his sister-in-law Niricie Mejia, who claims that Augustine, a father of one went to a party on Christmas day but never returned home.

Since then his family and friends have conducted searches for him, both on the infamous John Smith road and in the Jane Usher area where he was last seen.

Augustine had been shot to the side of his mouth last year in Hopkins but escaped that attempt on his life.

He has yet to return home and at this point, his family is starting to fear the worst. 7News will keep following this story.
