We also asked the COMPOL about the accused, Corporal Nah's bold protestations of innocence, when he was taken to Belmopan's magistrate's court two days ago.
The COMPOL took that question in stride pointing out that guilty men rarely say anything different.

"I am not Chester Williams. I am somebody else but I challenge you Jules to go and interview all. The prisoners at the prison who are accused of murder. I guarantee you that every one of them will say that they are not guilty. It's just how it is. I am not phased about it all. We believe that we have the right person and we will do what we can to strengthen the case."
