Tonight 35-year-old Sharlette Jacobs, a mother, sister, wife, and Principal from Hattieville SDA school is missing. She was reported missing this morning by her mother or sister after she sent her husband a somewhat troubling text.
But Jacobs family says they are concerned because this behaviour is quote: "out of order" for their daughter and sister, and not something she's ever done before.
Jacobs left her vehicle at home and was seen waiting for a bus at around 8:30 AM this morning in Hattieville but as of News time her family has yet to hear from her. Tonight they're asking the public's assistance in trying to locate her.
A few hours ago ASP Fitzroy Yearwood discussed the principal's disappearance with the press by saying that families are not required to wait 72, 24, or even 12 hours to make a report if they feel that the person's life is in danger.
Cherisse Halsall:
"I want to ask about Hattieville principal Charlotte Jacobs, she went missing this morning at. Around 8:30 AM according to your missing persons report, why before even 12 hours of being missing is she already reported a missing person?"

ASP Fitzroy Yearwood, Communications Officer
"Well, I don't know where you got it that you have to wait 12 hours to report someone missing. If you believe that someone's life is in danger or that the person is missing. Like it was reported earlier, we immediately activate our search parties and our search team. We don't ask anyone to wait for 12, or 48, or 72 hours. We treat missing persons reports as urgent as possible."
Cherisse Halsall:
"Sir, does her family have any reason to believe that she is missing, we know that she was related to a murder victim a couple of months ago, "Mr. Timba"."
ASP Fitzroy Yearwood, Communications Officer
"Well, that I can't answer because in all fairness to me, Ms. Hernandez sent out the missing person. I only managed to see that flyer. For me to answer that I would have to speak to investigators so I wouldn't want to speculate."
The are reports which say she was seen getting off a bus in the Rural north area today. If you have any information send a tip to the P3 app or call 922.
