And moving slightly north to Hopkins Village, the cops there are having a tough time making arrests for the murder that occurred on Holy Thursday. 38-year-old Francis Augustine was stabbed in his bedroom and tried to escape his attacker through his window. He eventually succumbed to his injuries, and reports are that he was killed by someone he knew.
But today the ComPol said while they have the suspects, they don't have sufficient evidence as yet.
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police

"The police had detained two suspects in respect of that matter and we have not been able to get any good leads, or good evidence, we do have good leads, but good evidence. We have collected a number of evidential materials that we will be sending for DNA testing. We're almost sure that one of the two suspects we had detained is responsible for that particular murder but we'll have to await the results of the DNA testing we are going to send to ascertain certain things and then when that comes back, we should be able to levy charges against somebody."
