As we told you on Monday, 32 year old San Pedrano David Gonzalez is on trial for the murder of his wife, Marisela Gonzalez.
The crown's main witness took the stand yesterday and gave damning evidence against him in a two hour testimony.
This morning, the sister of the deceased Myra Guzman took the stand shortly where she broke down when she was asked to take her mind back to October 12, 2020, the day she learnt of her sister's murder.
She spoke to our court reporter outside.
Myra Guzman, Sister of Murder Victim
"Um I am a bit mad I know that everything he said was a lie especially that I saw footage where he is driving back home with my sister on that, on the 11th and I hope that footage is there as evidence as well because there is footage of him passing Crazy house and then he was driving by with his daughter and my sister on the golf cart. He said he left her before but he didn't leave her, he drove back home with her."

"My sister was pretty much living like a slave's life because she wasn't allowed to go anywhere and you can ask this to anyone in San Pedro and they can tell you that I am telling the truth, she wasn't allowed to go by herself or with me or with any family member only with David Gonzalez, whenever he took her out on Sundays that was the only time."
"I have videos and I have even posted them on Facebook before him with his gun loaded and then my sister begging him to please unload it and not like be using the gun at home. He also pointed it at her and I saw it so I am not lying about it."
Reporter:
"They have a child together, tell us about her, what is her mind state? What does she know? Is she..."
Myra Guzman, Sister of Murder Victim
"When I first went there after the incident I wasn't allowed to see her until the following day and the following day her dad allowed me to see her and she was already telling them what her dad did to her without like me getting a hold of her before. She already told them what her father did to her mother and then she said she saw everything what happened that night. After we got her she continued repeating the same thing and now she doesn't repeat it anymore but she still remembers about it. I just hope that justice is served for my sister, one way or another I just hope that happens."
Myra lived with the couple for 3 years.
David Gonzales himself spoke from the dock late this evening.
