A police officer has been accused of of sexually assaulting one of his female colleagues.
The female constable claims that on Monday March, 20, 2023 around 12:15am she was on duty inside a police booth along with PC Breigillo Ack who sexually assaulted her. She claims that he first touched her legs and then 3 hours later groped and tried to kiss her.
The Constable said she told PC Ack to but he refused. She requested court action against him and as a result, Ack was charged criminally for one count of sexual assault.
Ack pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 dollars. His next court date is set for July 10th.
As is standard for a member of the fraternity, Police slipped him out the courtroom and we could not get a picture of the accused.
