And will there be a police investigation into the definitive agreement? Today the media asked the ComPol whether any criminal charges could be levied on anyone. Here's his answer.
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Polices

"Well we have to look at the level of illegality first and foremost. When he says it was illegal, does he mean illegal in the criminal sense or illegal in the administrative sense? It's something that would have to be looked at. At this time I can only go by what I have seen in the news media and in order for there to be an investigation by the police, there needs to be a complaint. I would have to check where that complaint would have to come from, I would want to think from the Ministry of Finance and apart from the complaint there must be some element to indicate that a crime was committed. In the absence of that then there's nothing the police can do in that respect."
