She Killed Her Sister In Law

A woman has been charged for the murder of her sister in law. It happened early on Sunday morning in Progresso Village, Corozal when 23-year-old Daisy Lopez fatally stabbed 52-year-old Rosita Olivera.

After a night of drinking, Olivera was trying to intervene in a marital scuffle between her brother and sister-in-law, Daisy Lopez. That's when Daisy allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed Olivera in the chest. She bled out on the scene and died.

Now, police have charged Lopez for murder - she will be arraigned and remanded.
