Police complaints against Budram have been made - and - as we understand it - there is no statute bar on them - which means they can be brought many years after.
We asked the Commissioner to update us on the investigation:
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police

"I will not provide any details. I know that we have sent a file to the DPP office and we're awaiting advice on that matter."
Reporter:
"So you do have virtual complainants?"
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
Yes. I think the police got some statements from some people and we're awaiting advice on the DPP.
Reporter:
And to clarify, there is no statutory limit.
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
No, no. If you remember, we recently arrested Ambassador Rosado for a matter which took place many years ago. So it's basically if the DPP believes that there is sufficient gear that warrants a prosecution.
Budram has not responded to multiple requests for comment. A release from Jubilee Ministries says that when the accusations emerged earlier this year he was removed from all leadership and Ministry roles.
