The other burning story this week has been the two minors murdered on Sunday night - one in Belize City - the other in Cayo. Tonight, both of them remain unsolved.
The Cayo case saw the death of a boy only identified as "Kevin." He was killed while inside the bedroom of a man, 43 year old Joseph Budna.
Today, the ComPol told us that he's since been identified as a 16 year old boy. And now, the police will see if there are any charges that can be levied against Budna.

"We have identified that person to be, I think, Kelvin Hernandez and he is 16 years of age so he is within the age of consent but I will be looking at the families and children act to see if there is any provision in there that can be used to levy charges against Budna for something."

"And about the person who might have shot Budna's house?"

"We're still not where we want to be, we believe that Budna is not forthcoming with information, somehow I believe, my personal view is that Budna knows exactly who the gunman is, and it must have been some love triangle issue that went wrong why that minor was shot. And so I have given instructions that Budna be detained, he was released from the hospital today so I have instructed that he be detained and further interviewed by senior investigators."
