In a carnival full of wild and raunchy videos, his one may have been the most viral. We're talking about Sargeant Neal, seen in a video that made the rounds on social media platforms. The Sergeant was escorting the Belize City carnival - but it seems that right at the start, on Central American Boulevard near its junction with Raccoon street - he was a victim of the police and community working a little too closely together. And it didn't help that it happened right in front of a cell phone camera and a professional video camera.
Well, we are reliably informed that Sergeant Neal has now gotten a letter from the Professional Standards Branch requiring him to respond by justifying his behavior out on the street that day. Hands on community policing will likely not be accepted as a justification.
