Tonight, two people are detained but no one has been arrested for the murder of David Phillips, known as Goofy.

The 43 year old was found dead on the John Smith Road yesterday morning at a construction site where he had been pummeled to death with a cement brick.

Police have been reviewing surveillance videos and have impounded a vehicle and searched a home - which led to the detention of a man and a woman.
