A Croc In Crooked Tree

Tonight a man from. Crooked Tree is recovering in the Northern Regional Hospital after a core bit him yesterday. It happened in a lagoon near Lemonal village where he was fishing. The croc gripped his thigh with its powerful teeth and tore out a chunk of flesh from behind his knee. He managed to get away from it and was rushed to the NRH.

The Forestry Department will be investigating to find this croc - in an area which is known to have many. Experts say the behavior is uncharacteristically aggressive.
