He's no stranger to police, but 28 year old Lord's Bank businessman, Aaron Flowers got off easy in court yesterday when the woman who had claimed he pulled a gun on her, quietly withdrew the charge.
Flowers appeared in court yesterday and was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm. But his accuser appeared before the court and requested that further court action be withdrawn against Flowers. As a result, the magistrate dismissed the matter and Flowers was free to go.
If she had pressed charges, he would have been automatically remanded. Flowers was previously detained in June for allegedly shooting up a sergeant's house. While in detention the sergeant allegedly beat up Flowers in his cell and was later charged for criminally wounding Flowers.
