Man Will Face Trial For Rape Of Minor

He is accused of raping a minor at Eruption Nightclub in 2022, and the court has found that Michael Flowers must stand trial for it in the January 2024 session of the High Court.

The Preliminary Inquiry for 26-year-old Flowers who was out on bail was held today. Flowers was unrepresented and the Magistrate concluded that based on the evidence presented by the crown she found that a prima facie case had been made out against him.

Flowers was given a new bail of $10,000 dollars which he met late this evening.
