Rodman Welch Will Stand Trial For Murder

37 year old murder suspect and father of four Rodman Welch will stand trial for the killing of Shakeen Dennison in October of 2020.

That was the decision of Justice Nigel Pilgrim when he rejected a no case submission from Welch's attorney, OJ Elrington.

Welch told the court that he was not in the area of Yabra Bridge at the time of the fatal shooting - but the judge was not convinced.
