The subject of our next story is one of those alleged killers who briefly escaped on Saturday - but was recaptured by Sunday.
He's the 16 year old accused of killing Denver Montero.
Some of you may remember the gang robbery turned murder that occured at a swimming area in Gracie Rock village back in April. 12 assailants showed up at the area where families were socializing, and proceeded to rob each individual of their possessions.
Denver Montero was chopped and killed. Police apprehended 12 alleged robbers, 1 of which was charged with murder. Today we learned that a second individual has also been charged for murder 8 months later. Here's what ACP Romero told us.

"Reference the murder Denver Montero which occurred on April 2nd, 2023, a sixteen-year-old minor has been arrested and charged for the crime of murder. This is in addition to one person who has already been charged."
