A 33 year old was today sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole until he's served 28 years.
Marlon "Yankee" Everett was sentenced today by Justice Candace Nanton for the murder of Alvin Johnson which occurred in April 2018.
He was found guilty last. Year and today Justice Nanton noted his time served since being on remand from 2018 leaving him with 22 years to serve.
