Yesterday evening, a 17-year-old girl from Yo Creek reported to police that she was raped twice and sexually assaulted once in the past five years - by her own family members. In the presence of her mother, she alleged that she was at home yesterday in a semi-unconscious state due to her anxiety when her 20-year-old brother took her into her room and began to assault her.
She also told police that 7 months ago, her brother raped her inside their home. She added that when she was 12-years-old, her father also raped her, which caused her to develop anxiety and depression.
Police are investigating.
