Police are also trying to figure out who would have killed a fisherman.

After he went out to fish and never came home alive, the family of 42 year old Alfredo Rodriguez is still waiting for answers, as to what may have happened or who would have wanted to harm a lone fisherman behind the Port of Belize. We asked the Commissioner for an update today.

Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams
"At this time no we don't have any tangible leads in respect to that matter I know the police are busy in the area trying to gather as much as they can but so far they have not been able to unearth nothing that could lead them in a particular direction."

Reporter-
"He seems to have been a law abiding citizen do police believe that this may have been a senseless killing."

Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams
"Perhaps and from all indications it seems that he was in the area fishing when he was targeted but we are hoping that we will be able to get something that can give us some leads in respect to that matter."

Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams
"People are always told to be aware of their surroundings it's very important to be security conscious I don't care where you go I don't care how safe a person may be an area may be you still need to ensure that you are aware of your surroundings."
