And while that grandmother wants the driver to own up to what he caused, police have it the other way around.
Their spokesperson says that it was the motorcycle, driven by Keenan Wragg, that collided into the truck.
ACP Hilberto Romero explained that Wragg was served with an NIP as he recovers in the hospital.

"Information is that the Kawasaki ran into the pickup and crashed. As a result, Keenan Wragg received injuries, who was the driver, he was taken for medical treatment and he had a passenger with him, namely, Tanisha Jael, she was taken to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. Blood sample and NIP has been served on both drivers. Investigation into this report continues."
