Trump Sent Him Back To Face Charges, And Now He's Pleaded Guilty

He was deported to Belize on May 21st of this year - as the only wanted person on that famous first deportation flight sent by President Trump.

And now Jody Rhamdas has faced justice. In 2023 Rhamdas was involved in a domestic dispute with his common law wife in Placencia, and was charged for 2 counts of aggravated assault, but was later indicted for 1 count of attempted murder in January of 2024. He had stabbed her multiple times, trailing her from the house to the street and then holding her head down in the lagoon.

Yesterday Rhamdas entered a guilty plea for the charge which was accepted by the crown and the court. Sentencing will be set at a later date.
