And bringing it back to the events of this evening when attorney OJ Elrington appeared in court and got Munnings freed - we got back to the lower court. Elrington made it clear that he's not out of the woods yet. He told the media today that Munnings will need to pay up by October or risk incarceration again.

Orson "OJ" Elrington, Attorney

"I will say that I will give... I always tell people big up when it's time for big up, dig up when it's time for big up right. So I will say that I will give the authorities some kudos in letting better thought come to mind and exercising their discretion and allowing Mr Munnings to pay a significant sum, because he paid $2,000, well not him but his family paid $2,000 today on his behalf to be able to facilitate his release."

"However as was emphasized to us by the learned magistrate before we left is that this is and Mr Munnings has said hence why he will not discuss in detail the legality of it., is that this is a real live issue and in fact the magistrate has indicated that if the full sum is not paid by October 16th, he faces the possibility of being incarcerated again."

"So this is very much a very live issue. However we hope that during this time period during this month that we will be able to take certain legal steps to arrest the situation and not let him be arrested."
