\"Kimmy Boo\" Back In Court

She was accused of hooking up with a male suitor on Facebook in November of 2024 and robbing him of $730.00 worth of items from his house including a few pounds of snapper and lobster. Now 21 year old Kimane Garbutt, aka "Kimmy Boo" is back in the news after she pleaded guilty to theft.

In magistrates court today, Garbutt changed her plea from not guilty to guilty and was fined $505 dollars for theft. She told the magistrate Mannon Denison that she was pregnant at the time and the complainant had promised her money. The Magistrate accepted her plea change and she must pay her bill by November 30th 2025 or face 3 months imprisonment.
