Cocaine Found On Open Sea Was

You might say a bail of cocaine that police found off the coast of Caye Caulker was "Built Ford Tough" because it survived days at sea.

This morning at 7:00 a.m., officers on Caye Caulker say they discovered a large plastic bag on the seabed. They found twenty-three (23) parcels of suspected cocaine inside, amounting to 64.2 pounds - with a wholesale street value of about half a million dollars.

All items were sealed and labelled as found property as investigations continue.
