Two children from Billy White village are forced to bring in a new year without their mother. 23 year old Suemy Chi crashed on her motorcycle in Santa Familia this morning and died. Police said they found her unresponsive on the road around 7:00 am.

"The investigation commenced when police were alerted that the body of a female was seen in that area and upon the arrival of police, they observed the unresponsive Ms Chi and also some feet away from her was a Lifan brand motorcycle. So far the investigation has not uncovered what caused the accident and that matter is still being pursued."

"Are you able to say if she had a helmet on?"

"The report does not show that a helmet was there so generally when that is the case, no helmet was being worn."

"Ms Chi was observed with injuries to the right side of her face and the motorcycle was observed to be exhibited damage to the front portion of that cycle."
Our team went to Billy White village to speak to her family who said that she was coming home from San Ignacio to work and that she did have on a helmet.

"They asked me if I know a boy that he have one ID from the hospital with the name Suemy Chi And I asked him Then they do me a video call and they show me the wallet from my sister and I tell that is not a boy. That's my sister. I tell he, no, it's a boy. He tell me, no, she dress like a man. I tell he, oh, can you come and check the body? He tell me, okay. And I go tell my husband to take us there at the place. And we reached there and when I see the body and I tell the police, yes, she is my sister. And I tell, she's not dying. I think she's just drop and she's still alive. He tell me, no, we just check and she's not alive."

"Last night. She come at six, she's here. She just come with my, for my, with my next sister and she go to Cayo that's the last time at 7 she come here."
"She have a helmet but when the body was like that the helmet go far but always she have a helmet."
"Yes, last night I am thinking that I will call she because she's happy and we want to celebrate today. Just last night I am thinking that I will call she to stay here and we will have a good party."
There's no clarity as to what she crashed into that caused the fatal impact.
