Sandpile Left On Road Killed Motorcycle Driver, Police Don't Know Who To Blame

San Pedro Police aren't sure who to charge in a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred on Monday night in the DFC area.

The accident was caused by an unmarked sand mound that was left on the side of the road.

The victim who is a 62 year old Nicaraguan National by the name of Haddix Sandino, collided into the sand pile, landing on the pavement, causing his fatal injuries.

Other info suggests that the sand material was allegedly delivered late for construction in the area which is why it was left on the roadside. Police are awaiting instructions from the DPP as to how to proceed in regards to this fatal incident.
