Hartin Found Not Guilty

When it comes to the Belize justice system, she's been through many dangers, toils and snares. And on Monday Jasmine Hartin got a break when she was found not guilty of common assault to Sandra Grisham and possession of a controlled drug for half a gram of cocaine.

Her attorney Arthur Saldivar - told us that at the conclusion of the trial, the Prosecutor's evidence was not strong enough to convict Hartin and so she was found not guilty. He said that the testimony of the woman accusing her of common assault also had inconsistencies. Hartin appeared virtually.
