Shooting On South Street

Shots were fired this evening on South Street and reportedly a man was grazed. It happened shortly after 5:00pm between Plues and George Streets - which is a gang affiliated area. Police established a scene where several expended shells were seen on the road side and within a drain.

Initial investigation revealed that three teenagers were socializing inside a South Street residence when they heard several loud bangs coming from outside the fence to their location believe to be gun shots, they then ran to the back of the house where the made their escape.

Reports say that one man may have been grazed and police recovered a pistol not far from the area.
