And we also asked Usher about the public officer, Andrew Wade who was charged with trafficking 16 pounds of marijuana. He worked as an established public officer for more than ten years before the bust occurred. But was the minister surprised when he learnt about it? We asked him.

"I'm always surprised when a public officer is involved in any kind of nefarious activity. We hope that the investigation is carried out to the full extent. And certainly, that public officer has been put on administrative leave and disciplinary proceedings at an administrative level through the Public Service Commission has commenced."
