But the police did comment on it today. They have received statements about Penner's removal of the explosive items and are investigating.

"As I stated, the statements have been received and they are being reviewed in relation to the dangerous goods act, I am not able to say in this point in time until investigators review the statement and the act to see if the element of any of the offenses are there."
