Tragedy On The Seas: Body of Missing Fisherman Recovered, Questions Remain

Tragedy unfolded at sea this week after two Sandhill fishermen were reported missing, leading to an intensive 36-hour multi-agency search operation. While one of the men, Albert Vacarro, was successfully rescued yesterday, the body of his fishing partner, Samuel Chi, was recovered less than 24 hours later in an advanced state of decomposition.
