His album just hit stores and now one of the hardest working men in local music is heading to an international music festival to promote his release. Ras Indio will head to Salmo, Canada this weekend to represent Belize in the 5th annual Shambala Festival. Ras Indio will hit the stage during the three-day music festival which runs from August 13th to the 15th. He will be joined by other artists and deejays from the USA, Japan, Europe, and the Caribbean. Indio's "push up the fire" is on store shelves for a suggested retail price of $25.
And the ‘Heights A Vibe’ fraternity will also be taking a trip north next week. Fawda Lee, Dan Marcus I, and other members of the group will leave on Thursday for New York City where they will perform at the Park Fest next weekend.
