Northern fishermen happy with current management

One senior public servant got transferred, and members of the Northern Fishermen board took a public pounding, but at the end of it none of that mattered, as members' confidence in the embattled board was resoundingly re-affirmed in today's special general meeting. The meeting was held in the Co-op's conference room where 150 members attended. When a confidence vote was put to the membership, they overwhelmingly supported the existing board by a margin of almost ten to one. With that, the defeated opponents of the present board have to wait their turns until next year's regular general meeting.
