He started out with a group called Optimistic Views almost a decade ago, but when that fell apart, Dalton Palacio stayed true to his dream of musical stardom. Now, he's re-emerged with a new album called "Undiscovered" and this week he stopped by our studios to tell us why after all these years, this new release is still an undiscovered gem.
Dalton Palacio,
"The album is the first in a series of albums that we will be producing. The main aim of the album is to get the music out there, meaning local music. I've been doing music for a few years now and I found that one of the main problems that is hurting the artists out there is promotion. We sat down and thought of ways how we could promote ourselves more and this is how I said I will compile the music together and put it. It was professionally done, it was done at a professional studio, and the artists themselves are professionals."
The CD is available at local music outlets. The accompanying music video which he directed himself will be aired regularly on Channel 7.
