Joseph Card, Dir. - Youth Governance Unit
"Within three short weeks in 2005 these young people managed to come together, despite differences and so on, develop some tolerance, and come up with a beautiful script and a high quality movie. They came together in a cultural experience, it was primarily a cultural exchange, and the making of a film was the tool that was used to kind of bring this cultural exchange to life."
