Kriol Cultural icon Myna Manzanres died in late December - and her funeral was held at All Saints Church, with an internment at Gales Pointe on December 29th.
But, it was a regular funeral - not the official kind afforded to so many other cultural icons. Today, the Leader of the Opposition suggested that Ms Myrna did not get the send off she deserved because of political discrimination:
The other controversy surrounds Manzanares' home - which was designated to be converted into a krill museum when she passed don - but, now, that too is clouded in doubt due to land tenure issues.
