And while NICH has had no President or Director for about a year - our information is that Albert Vaughan was basically running the show there. Now that he's tied up at city hall - who will do it?
Fonseca says things are running just fine without a bigger boss:

"Yeah I think, I mean you know it's not that we don't want a president, but I've always maintained that you want the right people, we want the right person. Yasser Musa serves as an advisor to me as a minister of culture and an advisor to the board to NICH, Albert Of course is a member of the Board of Directors so it is not just them. They are working along with the entire board of directors. They are working along with our directors. We have good directors of each Institute of NICH and we have a pretty good team so it is a collective effort and it is working well it is working very well you know so at the appropriate time we will fill that post of president but the truth is things are working well."
